Safety rules for lifting crane appliances

For newly installed or after major repairing or changing the important performance cranes, it  should be in accordance with the relevant provisions of the performance test before operation.

Crane should be taken a series of test before the formal operation,such as no-load transformer, lifting, rotating and running around and brake, limit switch, safety performance test etc.

The operator should be in close coordination with the signalman and obey the signalman's command with various gestures or signal contact. Whatever signal of the emergency stop, the operator should immediately stop during lifting operation

When lifting heavy objects, the crane hook wire rope should be kept vertical, it is forbidden to operate when the hook wire rope in the tilt state down drag lifting heavy objects. 

During the crane operation, it is forbidden to to walk under the crane and do repair work or touch wire rope and pulley, etc.

During the crane operation, it should have enough workplace and lighting equipment and keep a safe distance from buildings, so that it is no collisions occur at run time.
