For newly installed or after major repairing or changing the important performance cranes, it  should be in accordance with the relevant provisions of the performance test before operation.

Crane should be taken a series of test before the formal operation,such as no-load transformer, lifting, rotating and running around and brake, limit switch, safety performance test etc.

The operator should be in close coordination with the signalman and obey the signalman's command with various gestures or signal contact. Whatever signal of the emergency stop, the operator should immediately stop during lifting operation

When lifting heavy objects, the crane hook wire rope should be kept vertical, it is forbidden to operate when the hook wire rope in the tilt state down drag lifting heavy objects. 

During the crane operation, it is forbidden to to walk under the crane and do repair work or touch wire rope and pulley, etc.

During the crane operation, it should have enough workplace and lighting equipment and keep a safe distance from buildings, so that it is no collisions occur at run time.

1. The working environment should be dry, and the motor surface should be clean, the air inlet should not be affected by dust, fiber, etc.

2.When the thermal protection of the motor continuous break down,you should check out why it is failure ,and then put into operation.

3.It is necessary to guarantee the motor in a good lubrication condition during running. Generally speaking after the motor running 5000 hours, you should replenish lubricant for the motor,

4.When the bearing is broken, it will make a lot of noise,it is time to check the bearing and change a new one.

5.It is OK to remove the motor from the shaft extension end or the stretching end when taking out the rotor.

In the 19th June, We all nervous about client visiting for casted wheels. because it is the key moment for the business relationship between us in near future, but I do believe that prepare in advance is very important.So I see all the 120 emails between us and prepare all the things about the casted wheels may need tomorrow. 

In the 10:27am, our manage Mr.Kevin drive a car to pick the client up in the train station,Our client walks to us and give me a warm hug, I know it is a good beginning,and I can see that our customer have a positive attitude to the casted wheels.Then we went to the factory, as soon as the client sees the wheel producing equipment,he calls his accountant and send us the 50% deposit. I finally have a relief.

After checked the cased wheels he need, we walk around and see our other products,he is very interested in the gantry cranes and transfer carts,our client have a long conversation about the technique with our manager Mr.Kevin, it turns out they have a similar interest and a good knowledge of technique in equipment area,Whatever we have a happy day together,

The next day,we go shopping together,Our client really is a easy going man, we share our different cultures , of course, Chinese traditional food. Before he goes back to airport,he says that BEFANBY is a good company,and the casted wheels have a good quality.

Single girder overhead crane

Single girder overhead crane, also known as electric overhead crane, workstation bridge crane. It is designs consisting of main girder, end carriages, electric hoist and electric appliance. 

This kind of crane is top running crane. The driving mechanism is installed on the end carriages. It drives the whole overhead crane travelling along the runways.

The single girder overhead crane can be control by cab control or ground control. The ground control includes pendant control and remote control.

Main parts

EOT gantry crane

Heavy duty EOT crane is a heavy duty industrial lifting equipment. It is travelling along the plant. Double beam EOT crane consists of two main girders, end trucks, crane trolley and electric appliance.

The main girder is specially suitbale for lifting and transporting heavy duty loads. The end trucks joint ensures positive contact of four rail wheels.

The crane trolley with forged hook has heavy load lifting ability.
