Introduction of battery operated remote control trolley

Battery operated remote control trolley are battery powered.The battery are installed in the carts.And the cart have two batteries,When a battery is dead then the other one  will start operation automatically,The life time of the batteries is about 2.5 years.

The battery operated remote control trolley is traveling on floor mounted rails. It is applied to transfer steel coil in production line from one location to another. The capacity is ranging from 1 ton to 300 ton. For larger table size, it can be designed according to your needs.The battery operated remote control trolley have many features,such as Traveling on track,DC motor drive,Battery powered,Steel coil transfer, Unlimited running distance,Wireless remote control ,and so on.The battery operated remote control trolley have advantages of the car can be running on straight rails, ‘S’ or curved track, and cement floor;and  it is suitable for severe working conditions, such as, high temperature, painting room & blasting shop, etc.

The principle of cart

The steel pipe transfer carts are powered by the cable reels. The powered transfer carts get power AC 380V through the device of cable reel which is installed at the bottom of the vehicle. The motor is controlled by the power through the AC control system. We use this principle to operate the vehicles, for example, start, stop, go forward and backward and so on. The operation system is low voltage 36V. The hydraulic lifting device can be installed on the transfer vehicles.If the running distance is more than 50m, a cable arranger needs to be installed to arrange the cable.

A new product,self propelled trailer, came out in BEFANBY company after 14 years manufactured experience.It is finished in the 15th November, which has model of 4 wheels running on the rails, and other 4 wheels oriented, It is bilateral symmetrical.The guide wheels are installed in the leading truck,which is seated in the the head and the tail of self propelled trailer. The wheels running on the H type rails need to bear the loading force and pass it to the load.

The self propelled trailer is powered by the low voltage electricity from the rail.It conquers the problem of difficult to fast acceleration. The cart own the ability of adjustable fast acceleration and rail oriented traveling function.

Here is a brief description of single girder overhead crane as following ;

Single girder overhead crane, also known as electric overhead crane, workstation bridge crane. It is designs consisting of main girder, end carriages, electric hoist and electric appliance. 

This kind of crane is top running crane. The driving mechanism is installed on the end carriages. It drives the whole overhead crane travelling along the runways.

The single girder overhead crane can be control by cab control or ground control. The ground control includes pendant control and remote control.

Main parts

End beam: The main parts of the beam includes motor, reducer, wheels and brake. It also equipped with safety device, such as bumper, limited switch. It drives the whole crane traveling along the workshop.

Main girder: The main girder is box girder structure, no deformation

Limited switch: Ensure the security during the crane traveling

Bumper: It can reduce the impact force when two cranes crash or the crane contact with rail baffle.

Hand hole: It is convenient to install and maintenance of crane.

Bolts: It is used to connect main girder and end beam.

Rails:The rails for hoist traveling is paved under the main girder with I-beam.
